Real copy lands before the public launch (PRD §12, Phase C) and must state plainly: no ads, no data sale, and no household content shared with analytics or advertising partners (I7); self-serve export and full household deletion on every tier including free (I4); that kid profiles carry no accounts, no emails and no tracking identifiers (I2); and, for the Assistant, each AI provider a turn can reach and what it receives — the member's words, what the tools read, and the images and PDFs a member attaches — and what each provider retains under the account's terms: we upload nothing to a provider's file store and sendstore: false, which is not itself a retention guarantee (PRD-assistant §11.4, PRD-assistant-attachments §8).
